Fees

Our Guarantee "If you're ever unhappy with the convenience of our service or the quality and professionalism of our care, we'll refund the price of the mobile fee and examination." | |
At Mountain MobileVet, we strive for fair and equitable fees. We base our prices on our time and expertise, the cost and quality of the supplies and equipment we use, and the level of service we render.
We aren't the least expensive in town, but price and value aren't necessarily the same. We believe we offer an exceptional value for those pet owners who desire (or require):
- The convenience of on-site care.
- Less traumatic veterinary care - no car ride, no waiting room, no exposure to other animals.
- Longer appointments and more time with the doctor.
- Knowledgeable answers to all their questions.
Policies
- We try to give complete and accurate estimates for all services, and we offer binding estimates.
- We itemize your invoice in detail - no hidden or unexplained costs.
- We expect payment in full when service is rendered.
- We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Surgical and Dental Packages
Our packages for sterilization (spay and neuter) and dental prophylaxis offer complete, top-quality care at affordable prices.
After a thorough examination and blood screening to check your pet's health, we choose an anesthetic protocol that fits her specific needs. We use standard anesthetic agents as well as newer products like Propofol and Domitor to provide the safest anesthesia.
To keep your pet comfortable after the procedure, we incorporate pain medication early, as part of anesthesia. This hasn't traditionally been done for pets, but we believe they do feel pain, and we want to prevent it.
For your pet's safety, we provide important support measures like IV fluid therapy and body temperature control. We also monitor blood oxygen saturation and heart rate.
And because we're mobile... your pet can recover smoothly and quietly in familiar surroundings, rather than in a cold stainless steel cage away from home.
Our packages include:
- Primary procedure.
- Blood screening.
- Medical Progress Examination.
- Pre-anesthetic sedation and anesthetic induction.
- Isoflurane gas anesthesia (except for cat neuter).
- IV fluid support therapy (except for cat neuter).
- Thermal support with warm-water heating pad.
- Anesthetic monitoring with pulse oximetry.
- Preemptive pain management.
- Suture removal and incision check.
Our Dental Prophys also include: Ultrasonic scaling, subgingival curettage, polishing, and fluoride application.
